1. Who We Are

Ozark Freight LLC ("Ozark Freight," "we," "us," "our") is an Arkansas-based freight carrier headquartered in Ravenden, Arkansas. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information through our website (ozarkfreight.com), including our driver application, and through text messages we send to your mobile phone.

2. Information We Collect

• Contact form. When you use the "Send us a message" form, we collect your name, email address, message content, and — if you choose to provide it — your phone number.
• Driver application. When you complete the employment application at /drivers.html, we collect the information required by 49 C.F.R. § 391.21, including your name, date of birth, Social Security number, CDL information, addresses, employment history, phone number, and related qualification information. The application generates PDF and CSV records that are transmitted to our application inbox.
• Limited-query consent. The limited-query consent page collects a driver's name, CDL number and state, consent record, and signature — used to satisfy 49 CFR 382.703 and retained in the driver qualification file.
• SMS opt-in records. If you check the SMS consent box on the contact form, we record your phone number and your consent to receive text messages.

3. How We Use Information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide freight quotes
• To evaluate driver applications and maintain driver qualification files as required by FMCSA regulations
• To send dispatch, load, and operational updates to drivers who have consented
• To send quote and shipment status updates to customers who have consented
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

4. SMS Communications

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of using our website, requesting a quote, or applying to drive with us.

Text messages are sent from 870-306-OZRK (870-306-6975). Message frequency varies depending on your shipments, loads, or inquiries. Message and data rates may apply — check your mobile plan.

You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to cancel, or reply HELP for help. You may also call us or email frontoffice@ozarkfreight.com.

We do not share or sell your phone number or your opt-in consent.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the website and our business, and only for those purposes:

• Formspree — processes submissions from our contact form
• Ozark Freight's form processing service — our Render-hosted service, operated by Ozark Freight LLC, that receives driver applications, e-sign documents, ACH authorization forms, and Clearinghouse limited-query consents and delivers them to our application inbox (driverapps@outrun.email)
• Our email hosting provider — stores form and application submissions

These providers may use the information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, including to safety and regulatory agencies such as FMCSA.

The categories of personal information that may be shared with these providers are limited to contact details and the content you submit through our forms.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for marketing, lead generation, or analytics purposes. The above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties for marketing and promotional purposes.

6. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels. The web fonts used on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives standard request information (such as your IP address) when your browser downloads the fonts.

7. Data Retention

• Contact form messages are retained as long as needed to respond to and document your inquiry.
• Driver application records are retained as required by FMCSA driver qualification file regulations and for as long as needed to evaluate and document driver qualification.
• SMS opt-in records are retained while consent is active and as needed to demonstrate consent.

8. Background Checks

If you apply to drive with us, we may obtain consumer reports, motor vehicle records, and other background information. That screening is performed under separate written authorizations and disclosures required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and FMCSA regulations, which you receive and sign as part of the application. This Privacy Policy does not modify those authorizations. The Background Investigation Consent form collects your name, CDL number and state, date of birth, and signature, and is stored and used under the same terms as the driver application.

9. Your Rights and Choices

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you — we will respond subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations.
• Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

10. Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 18, and federal regulations require commercial drivers to be at least 21. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If we add cookies, analytics, or other tracking in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
