The website provides information about Ozark Freight LLC and its services. USDOT and MC authority badges are shown for your convenience. Use our contact form or call us to request quotes or services; nothing on the website is an offer or a binding commitment to transport freight.

4. Prohibited Conduct

5. Text Messaging Terms (SMS)

Program: Ozark Freight text messaging. When you opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Ozark Freight (sent from 870-306-OZRK) to the number you provide, including (a) for customers: freight quotes and shipment status updates; and (b) for drivers: dispatch, load, and operational updates.

Text messages from Ozark Freight are recurring. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not required to purchase or use any of our services.

Wireless carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

Our contact form is processed by a third-party service (Formspree). The driver application, e-sign packet, ACH authorization, and Clearinghouse limited-query consent forms are processed by Ozark Freight's own form processing service (Render-hosted, operated by Ozark Freight LLC). Submissions are stored by our email hosting provider, which is subject to its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozark Freight LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the website shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
